Junior Fitness

Minimum NPTS Stage 4/5 

This one hour session is suitable for swimmers who wish to continue beyond the learner stages for fitness and for a structured swimming session with older children. These sessions tend to have a more club type, social atmosphere that older children need whilst improving strength and stamina and technique. 

Suitable for all children at the appropriate skill level

Lane swimming

 

Junior Squads

NPTS Stage 6+

1 hour sessions focusing on technique and skill. The goal of this course is to swim 50m in all 4 strokes to the ASA standard. The course focuses on teaching high quality stroke techniques and encourages the combination of skills learnt to develop linked routines and complete an obstacle course incorporating these elements

Suitable for all children at the appropriate skill level

Performance Squad

NPTS Stage 8-10

A 1 hour session building strength and stamina so that swimmers may perform efficiently. Work for young swimmers who want to get fit, keep fit and get faster and can perform competently all four competitive strokes. An extra session for club or school team swimmers.

Suitable for all children at the appropriate skill level

Lane swimming

 

Super Session

90 minute or 2 hour sessions developing stamina, stroke and speed work. These challenging sessions offer an opportunity for swimmers to push themselves to the limit.

Suitable for all children age 12+ at the appropriate skill level
